TODD GROSSMAN
Director/Producer
A well-rounded filmmaker and published author, Grossman has a diverse wealth of experience ranging from efficient-independent productions to tent-pole summer films. Most notable is a visually dynamic style and a deep understanding of all aspects of cinema production.
Originally from New Hampshire; by age 20 Todd graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Cinema-Television, retired as a top ranked professional athlete including competition in the X-Games, and was running his Los Angeles based production company full time.
Grossman cut his teeth shooting, directing and cutting hundreds of documentaries and action sport videos; and doing stunts in commercials and film such as Michael Bay’s NIKE Super bowl
series and BATMAN & ROBIN.
He spent over 4,000 hours on 7 Countries in 4 Continents spanning nearly a decade working on Big Budget Summer Tent-Poles for such Studio director/producers as Rob Cohen, Stephen Sommers, Lorenzo Di Bonaventura, and many others. He has shot, produced and directed documentary making of’s including Paramount’s 2009 GI JOE: RISE OF COBRA, Universal’s THE MUMMY: TOMB OF THE DRAGON EMPEROR, STEALTH, SWAT, and the Vin Diesel starring XXX (nominated DVD Exclusive: Best Documentary of the Year).
Grossman also produced CONFESSIONS OF AN ACTION STAR (a Slamdance independant film featuring cameos by Angelina Jolie and Carrie-Anne Moss), 2ND UNIT DIRECTED the 2010 ONCE FALLEN, starring Ed Harris, Amy Madigan, and Brian Presley, and was the Co-Executive Producer on the 2011 film TOUCHBACK starring Kurt Russell.
Recent Directing work includes next years national broadcast campaign for Razor USA, 9 webisodes for VANS, 14 episodes of Pit Boss for Animal Planet,
the GREASE LIP DUB music video, and the Ultra Pro 3D Commercial and Web spots for LG/Verizon.
His filmmaking book “SHOOTING ACTION SPORTS” is now in stores, and more then a dozen of his executive produced & directed commercials
for RAZOR USA can be seen on TV this year.

SHANNON GARDNER
Producer
Shannon B. Gardner has collaborated with Grossman for over ten years on commercial, EPK, documentary, and action sport video and digital media productions. Gardner serves as Line Producer and Production Supervisor as well as Post Production Supervisor on many productions. With an extensive background in Independent Feature film production, Gardner brings experience in all faucets of production from concept development through delivery. Gardner most recently executive produced the high school football drama TOUCHBACK, starring Kurt Russell, Brian Presley, Mark Blucas and Melanie Lynskey, currently in post-production.
Gardner previously mounted three independently financed productions including: THEY ARE AMONG US (2003), starring CORBIN BERNSEN, BRUCE BOXLEITNER, NANA VISITOR, and ALLISON EASTWOOD, distributed by Lions Gate Films and Sci Fi Channel, HUMBLE PIE (2008), starring WILLIAM BALDWIN, KATHLEEN QUINLAN, BRUCE McGILL, and MARY LYNN RAJSKUB working in partnership with NAPOLEON DYNAMITE producer JEREMY COON, and the upcoming crime drama ONCE FALLEN (2010), starring Academy Award Nominees Taraji Henson, Ed Harris, Amy Madigan and Peter Weller.
In 2006, Shannon earned a Telly Award for his documentary, Brothers in Arms, on the topic of Small weapons proliferation in third world nations, released on DVD as a supplement to Lions Gate’s feature film, LORD OF WAR starring Nicholas Cage. Prior to organizing Framework Pictures, Shannon produced a host of short films and industrial videos, licensed to networks including FOX and MTV, as well as being distributed on DVD and home video.
Gardner is the founder and served on the board of The Young Filmmakers Academy, a not for profit youth oriented study abroad educational organization in filmmaking. Programs have taken place in locations worldwide including, Los Angeles, New York, Arizona, Germany and Italy. Gardner received a BA in Cinema from the USC School of Cinematic Arts in 1996.

JUSTIN WARD
Producer/Director/Post Producer
Ward owned a professional Theatre Company HORIZON STAGE in Santa Barbara, California until 1994, when he moved to LA to work for Jagged Films, as the Assistant to the Producer. At Jagged Films, he was involved in reading scripts and the development of film projects for Mick Jagger. He went on to work in production on such films as BOGUS, TIN CUP, COPY CAT and researching for the film THE HORSE WHISPERER.
In 1998, Ward began producing extreme sports for television. For 6 years he produced and directed over 200 hours of programming on NBC, ABC, CBS, A&E and FOX, with a behind the scenes and “reality TV” spin, focusing on the lifestyle of the athletes, long before those genres became popular.
In 2004, Justin moved to Maui, Hawaii and created Maui X Productions, Inc.; producing Hawaii travel programming for the Travel Channel. In 2006, he helped develop, produce & direct UFC COUNTDOWN, UFC ALL ACCESS and INSIDE THE UFC, a weekly magazine show about MMA Fighters for Spike TV.
